Blacklight is a socially and environmentally responsible investor-developer.  PBSA is a sector focus with more than 1,500 institutionally-investable beds having been delivered by the team of just three, since 2022.  One of Blacklight’s strategies is to target part-built projects that have failed during construction, where we reposition the distressed asset into an institutionally investable one.  This strategy has not only been proven via successful exits to institutional buyers, but has also enabled individual retail investors in failed schemes to continue to participate and realise a profit where they were previously facing total losses.  Further, it enables the re-use of existing materials, increases sustainability and reduces our carbon footprint.
