Gemma leads the cross functional Sales, Service and Marketing teams at ESP and Hello Student to increase brand awareness, determine and implement customer experience, attract and retain customers and manage the pricing strategies and propositions to drive the optimum revenue and growth. An experienced customer experience focussed commercial leader, Gemma began her career in data driven marketing and moved into the digital space and latterly into marketing and sales leadership across a number of brands.
Her experience spans consumer marketing at Nectar, Bupa, Virgin and the Avis Budget Group and also work with the Department of Health and the NHS to lead and deliver pan-London behaviour change strategies and campaigns.
