Lavanda is spearheading innovation in student accommodation specifically with the recent launch of its OpenPMS platform - a pioneering enterprise property management system and platform architecture designed to power unparalleled performance and flexibility for student accommodation operators. Lavanda operates across Europe and North America with clients including Unite Students, CRM Students, IQ Student Accommodation, Blackstone, Greystar, and Starwood Capital. Prior to Lavanda, Fred held various roles in fund management and investment banking with Artemis Investment Management, Stamford Partners, and Credit Suisse. He holds a BA in Financial Economics.
