Lem joined Property Week as editor in June 2022, taking on responsibility for all aspects of the brand’s output both online and in print. Immediately beforehand he edited Construction News, shepherding the UK’s top construction publication through both the pandemic and its 150th anniversary. Lem became a full-time journalist in 1994, following four years of postgraduate research at the University of Sussex. He has written extensively about technology, design, engineering, finance and sustainability.
