Pablo joined Stoneshield in May 2021 as Acquisitions Manager. At Stoneshield he is responsible for coordinating the living sectors acquisitions (sourcing, underwriting, securing, financing, coordinating with the management team, etc.) as well as supporting the corporate investment team. In the last two years, has successfully executed several acquisitions with a total value of more than €350m. Prior to that, he worked in CBRE Capital Markets team for more than 7 years where he was involved in +400m worth of transactions of different nature and sector (specially offices, shopping centres, and living). During his last years in CBRE, he led the Student Housing investment division. Pablo holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF University (Madrid) and a Master’s degree in CF and Investment Banking from IEB (Madrid).
