Paddy has 25 years’ experience of working in the Higher Education Sector initially working in Universities with senior management positions at the University of the Arts London, Imperial College and the University of Birmingham, all of which involved significant student accommodation developments. He has also had time in the private sector being the Director of University Partnerships for Campus Living Villages and was recently the CEO of Unipol, the student accommodation charity. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Essex University Campus Services Limited, a position which he has held for 14 years and manages his own consultancy company, Jackman Education Solutions Limited. He has chaired 13 of the previous 16 Property Week Student Accommodation Conferences.
