Sean McKeown is the Managing Director of the Arlington Group, where he leads the Group’s overall growth strategy. Since joining the organisation in 2015, Sean has played a pivotal role in driving its expansion within the student accommodation sector. His achievements include establishing the Arlington Student Accommodation Fund, acquiring Collegiate UK, and creating Arlington Development Management.

Sean oversees deal teams to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives while expanding its market presence and transaction pipeline across the student and related infrastructure sectors.

A qualified solicitor, Sean began his career in Sydney, Australia, practising property, banking, construction, commercial, and corporate law before moving into student accommodation investment with Campus Living Villages. Over his career, he has led the acquisition of assets worth more than £1.7 billion across Australia, the UK, the US, and New Zealand.
