
Sarah is Cushman & Wakefield’s Higher Education lead Partner, with 21 years’ experience and significant expertise in student accommodation. Her background is in strategy and analytics for student residential markets, establishing the advisory service at C&W to advise private and university clients. She has written or contributed to the residential strategies of a large number of UK universities alongside her wider university work on innovation. Her work is often at the interface between universities and the private sector, developing new partnership models for the delivery of university residences and delivered partnerships across the UK. Sarah is an economist by training and has worked in international education policy at the British Council and client side as Director R&D at Empiric Student Property plc. In her external roles, Sarah is the author of the Unipol Accommodation Costs Survey series since 2018 amongst other surveys, sits on the BPF Student Accommodation Committee and is Chair of the Advisory Board for Investor in Students.
