Josh Miller serves as a Managing Director and Head of the European Transactions group, based in London, at Harrison Street, where he oversees sourcing and management of investments and relationships with operating partners. In addition, he is responsible for the development of the European Transactions team and investment strategies and is a member of the firm’s European Investment Committee. Harrison Street has invested in over 225,000 student accommodation beds since the firm’s inception, and during Mr. Miller’s 11 years at the firm, he has been instrumental in leading the firm’s expansion into the UK and Europe, where it has invested in over 25,000 student accommodation beds.
