Einita Suman is Director of Accommodation and Operations at the University of Birmingham. With extensive experience in higher education and student accommodation, including senior leadership roles at Unite Students, she brings significant sector expertise. Einita is also a Trustee of Mr Motivator’s Bed Bank and Co-Chair of this year’s conference.
