Matt Burton is the Chief Partnerships Officer at UPP, responsible for strengthening strategic relationships and driving innovation across the organisation. Since joining UPP in 2017, he has played a key role in the Higher Education, property, and infrastructure sectors, bringing over fifteen years of experience to his role.

Matt leads UPP’s engagement with universities, ensuring long-term partnerships and the effective operation of the Group’s Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). His remit also includes strategic oversight of the UPP Foundation, the company’s research function and the student experience team.
