CONFERENCE AGENDA 2026 

Property Week’s Student Accommodation Conference will explore the key issues, opportunities and trends shaping the student living sector today. From market dynamics and investment activity to policy developments, operational challenges and the continued evolution of student living, the conference will provide valuable insights into one of the real estate industry's most active sectors.

The day will feature a dynamic programme of presentations, panel discussions, fireside chats, debates and interactive sessions, alongside refreshments, lunch, and networking opportunities throughout the day, giving delegates plenty of time to connect with peers from across the sector.

Conference Streams: This year’s conference will feature two parallel content streams:

Stream 1: Where Capital Meets Opportunity
Stream 2: Shaping Student Living

Both streams will run at the same time, with three sessions taking place in each stream. To make the most of the conference, we encourage you to review the agenda in advance and plan which sessions you would like to attend during each time slot. Delegates are welcome to move between streams between sessions, allowing you to tailor the programme to your interests.
