Partner of Best Use of AI in Student Accommodation Award

Findable is the building intelligence platform for student accommodation. It turns scattered property documentation into a structured, searchable and audit-ready record of the building.
Built for real estate teams, Findable's AI reads O&Ms, fire strategies, certificates, drawings, inspection reports and compliance records, then answers questions across all of them in seconds. PBSA operators use it to build and maintain the golden thread on higher-risk buildings, to pull the evidence behind a safety case report and key building information when the Building Safety Regulator asks, and to mobilise new schemes and management contracts where the handover pack arrived incomplete. Findable finds the missing fire door inspection or the expired certificate before an audit, a nomination agreement renewal or a portfolio sale.
