Bob Crompton is a veteran of the student accommodation sector. He started his last Student Housing Business in 2010 with two people. The group was sold in 2016 and 2017 in for around £1.4billion. Bob was the Founder and CEO of 360 Developments, The Student Housing Company, Knightsbridge Student Housing and other businesses. Bob was the first UK Student Housing specialist to invest and develop with scale and in Germany, Spain, France and Ireland. 

Bob was awarded the Property Week Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
