Carl has over thirty-five years' experience in planning and development, with a particular focus on mixed use regeneration projects. Recent work has included various student accommodation developments, the 66 storey One Lansdowne Road redevelopment in Croydon, and the biggest development ever approved in a National Park, in Lewes.
