Cllr Martin Boardman is an active member of Chorley Council’s Development Control and Local Development Framework Committee’s. As a member of the CIOB he is passionate about sustainable residential planning and development as a vehicle for supporting a strong local economy. Martin gained a BA Hons Degree in Three Dimensional Design & The Built Environment from Leeds Metropolitan University and has gone on to run his own residential Design & Build Business.
