Eri has been at the forefront of management, design and development of student residences for over fifteen years. He has worked on around 500  projects, including a number of the UK’s largest and most innovative schemes. Eri founded Collegiate seven years ago to focus on state-of-the-art residences and in those years Collegiate has assisted on the development of nearly 30,000 new beds.
