Jas Athwal has a passion for creating genuinely affordable spaces to live, work and play for all members of the community. Jas is determined to ensure at least 1,000 affordable houses are built in Redbridge over the next four years to ensure the best outcomes for his residents.

Redbridge’s link to the new Elizabeth Line Crossrail project makes it a key development opportunity for London’s future growth. Jas also wants to attract Higher Education institutions to Ilford Town Centre and create a Culture Capital.
