Over 15 years Nick has worked on numerous on and off campus developments for university and private sector clients, where his deep knowledge of multi-generational living has fuelled innovation. He is a Residential Council Member of the Urban Land Institute, Executive Leader of the Sheffield Property association, and an Ambassador for the Ministry of Building Innovation and Education.
