IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
We’re making sure that no matter what happens we’re ready to roll. We cannot predict the future, but we can prepare for it. And that's exactly what we’re doing. We’re adapting to an environment where nothing is certain and to make sure that we can deliver, we're creating a hybrid event programme that is available to you online and in person.
Our platforms will allow you to take part even with social distancing restrictions in place. For more information, please view the Emap Secure statement below.
Awards that offer even more value and recognise the challenges
The Awards are now open, our platforms will enable online nominations and online judging as usual. We are adapting the benefits to ensure that those shortlisted will receive even more valuable exposure from the event and in Property Week, giving your company heightened visibility online, in print and in person.
Recognising the current challenging environment, all categories will include the opportunity for you to tell us how you have responded to the current global health crisis and demonstrate how this has supported both the industry and student wellbeing, or how this has impacted your delivery of projects.

What happens if…?
Our event platforms are flexible and future-proof. We’re committed to delivering an outstanding event experience even during uncertain times and our innovative tools and hybrid event systems will enable us to quickly adjust to changing circumstances.
Emap Secure is the health and safety standard for our live events, developed to address the risk posed by COVID-19.
Our standard mirrors those developed by industry association partners including IFI, AEO and SISO, peers, venues, suppliers, contractors and health, Government, and local authorities. We have adopted these industry-wide standards to help deliver hygienic, and high-quality live events.
Emap Secure explains how this industry best practice is being delivered at our live events.
This means that people coming to our events can have every confidence that we are taking all reasonable precautions to keep them safe, and that they can get on with the most important things for them and their business: gaining the information, insights, connections, data and digital tools that they need.
Our live events will be run according to official Government and local authority
guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific
regulations. In addition, all Emap events, regardless of format or location,
will follow ten top measures outlined below. Where appropriate, our live
events will also follow the full range of industry standards and guidelines,
as published by SISO: SISO All Secure Standard
