Fringe Events

On Monday 30 November, we’ll be hosting a series of exclusive fringe events, bringing together professionals from across the student accommodation sector for a day of networking, insight and a little friendly competition.

From exploring the latest developments on our site visits, to enjoying some healthy competition at property padel, there are plenty of opportunities to step away from the usual conference environment and connect with fellow professionals in a more relaxed and social setting.

  • Site Visits – Get an exclusive look at new and upcoming student accommodation developments, discover innovative projects and see the latest thinking in student living first-hand.
  • Property Padel – Get involved in the sport everyone’s talking about! Enjoy a fun match of padel, meet fellow property professionals and see who comes out on top.
  • Parliamentary Reception (invite only) – Round off the day at our exclusive Parliamentary Reception. Enjoy  conversations and valuable networking in a unique setting, bringing together professionals from across the sector.

How to attend

Delegates who book a conference or awards ticket can also attend our exclusive fringe events. Please note that attendance at the Parliamentary Reception is by invitation only. Places are limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your place. Host a Site Vist

Would you like to showcase your development to industry peers? Register your interest in hosting a site visit as part of the Student Accommodation Conference & Awards.

Site visits will take place on 30 November, the day prior to the Student Accommodation Conference & Awards. If you are interested in hosting a visit, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The site must be located within London City.
  • The site should be within walking distance of Westminster Park Plaza, 200 Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1 7UT
  • The site must be relevant to the PBSA sector, including Premium, University Halls, Co Living, or HMO developments.
