Our entry process is designed to be simple and straightforward, allowing you to tell us why you, or your nominee, deserve industry recognition. You can submit an entry for yourself, a colleague, or an industry peer. There’s no limit to the number of entries you can submit, and all entries are free of charge.

KEY INFORMATION

The Student Accommodation Conference and Awards is a leading industry event bringing together professionals from across the student housing sector to share insights, celebrate excellence, and recognise outstanding achievement in student accommodation.

The Student Accommodation Conference and Awards will take place on 1 December at a brand new venue, the Westminster Park Plaza in London.

The event is open to professionals working across the student accommodation industry, including operators, developers, investors, consultants, and suppliers involved in student housing and purpose-built student accommodation.

Entries are welcome from individuals, teams, and organisations working within the student accommodation sector, including those delivering innovation, operational excellence, and outstanding student living experiences.

Entries can be submitted here. Applicants can enter themselves or enter a colleague, with the option to edit submissions up to the deadline.

Submitting entries are free of charge for the Student Accommodation Awards.

Any entries made after the 10 July deadline will then incur a late entry fee of £195.
